With 5 fully equipped ICT suites containing 21 high spec PC's, ceiling mounted LCD projectors and Smart Boards, the department is well equipped to meet the needs of learners. This in addition to the ICT suite and resource base in the library.
Every pupil in school has an individual email address, and familiarity with the wide applications of new technology is a priority. In the S1 course alone, the pupils produce high quality Powerpoint presentations containing photographs and video clips - the development of skills is very impressive! Video-conferencing is coming to the department very soon, enabling pupils to communicate with other schools and even pupils in other countries!
